Getting to Western Nebraska
The wedding will be held at our farm, BE Farm, which is located near Bayard, Nebraska. Guests traveling from out of town will need to plan on flying into a regional or major airport and renting a car.

Day of Wedding Ground Transportation
Please do not plan to use Uber or Lyft while visiting Western Nebraska. Ride-share options are extremely limited and are not reliable in our area.

We plan to post a detailed shuttle schedule in late July once we receive our final RSVP count.
Shuttle service will be available from:
- Hotel 21 & Co. in Gering
- Hampton Inn & Suites in Scottsbluff
- Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Scottsbluff
The first shuttle pickups will begin approximately between 3:45–4:00 PM, with tiered pickup times at each location.
At the end of the evening, the shuttle will make two scheduled departures from BE Farm:
- First Departure: approximately 8:45–9:00 PM
- Final Departure: 11:15 PM
We strongly encourage guests planning to celebrate with us to utilize the shuttle service for a safe and stress-free evening under the Nebraska sky.
Where to Stay ??
Due to the limited availability of hotel rooms in Western Nebraska—especially in August—we strongly encourage guests to book accommodations as early as possible.
We have a limited block of rooms reserved at Hotel 21 & Co in Gering. If you are interested in reserving one of these rooms, please reach out directly to Billy for availability and details.
Guests are also welcome to camp on the farm. We already offer dry/boondock camping at BE Farm, and we’re happy to extend this option to wedding guests. There is plenty of space available, and we will have an additional porta potty designated for friends and family staying on the farm, along with an outdoor shower. Please reach out directly to Billy for availability and details.

Chimney Rock National Historic Site — just 8 miles south
Scotts Bluff National Monument — 25 miles west
Carhenge — 40 miles northeast
Explore charming small-town downtowns in Scottsbluff, Gering, Bayard, Alliance, and Bridgeport.
Enjoy local museums, public art, and outdoor trails — and don’t miss great local brews at Flyover Brewing Company and Scotts Free Brewing Company.
You might even stay a few days after the wedding as the Old West Ballon Fest & US National Hot Air Balloon Competition starts on Sunday, Aug 9.
And be sure to take in the wide-open prairie sunsets and incredible stargazing at night.
Western Nebraska is best enjoyed at a slower pace — take time to explore, wander, and soak in the landscape that surrounds our wedding weekend.

Farm Magic Formal
We’re getting married on the farm — beneath open skies and surrounded by the people we love most — and we would be honored for you to dress up and celebrate with us.
Think formal or cocktail attire with personality. Suits, tuxes, gowns, bold colors, western wear, jeans and boots, sparkle, texture — it’s all welcome. This is a joyful celebration of love.
Bring the glamour… just make it farm-pasture approved.
Because we’ll be on grass and gravel, we strongly recommend flat or block-heeled, closed-toe shoes. Stilettos and delicate heels won’t fare well in the Nebraska soil, and we want you comfortable, present, and ready to dance beneath the sunset.
As day turns to dusk and the stars begin to appear, the celebration will gently shift.
After dark, we invite you to join our Pajama Dance Party Under the Stars.
If you’d like, bring a change of festive pajamas, silk sets, or cozy lounge wear — something comfortable, celebratory, and dance-floor ready. Think chic and playful, not provocative. We’ll provide a changing tent so you can make the switch with ease.

Shuttle Transportation
To help ensure everyone arrives and returns safely, we have arranged shuttle service between Scottsbluff/Gering and BE Farm near Bayard.
Please do not plan to use Uber or Lyft while in Western Nebraska.
Ride-share options are extremely limited and not reliable in this area.
The shuttle will offer:
• One departure trip from the hotels to the farm before the ceremony
• Two staggered return trips back to the hotels — so you can choose to head back after dinner or stay and enjoy dinner and dancing
